The cost of hiring the hall for private events is £20.00 per hour. It is particularly suitable for children’s parties, wedding receptions, exhibitions and displays, large meetings, dance, exercise and other activities. It is a well-maintained, light, open and flexible space, approximately 13 x 8 metres, with a wooden floor. At one end of the hall there is a raised and curtained stage with a baby grand piano. There is a modestly-sized kitchen with a generous supply of crockery and cutlery, two fridges, an oven with an induction hob, and a microwave oven. The kitchen has a service area which can be opened up to the main hall. Tables and chairs can be provided. There are separate male, female, and disabled cloakroom and toilet facilities, including a folding baby-changing table, which lead off from the entrance lobby. At the rear of the hall there is a small, carpeted room which is also available to hire. The hall is surrounded by a large grassed area and there is space available for parking.
